At Video Game Trader, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gaming-inspired apparel. If your new gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a printable return authorization form.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the apparel in its original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring you include the completed return authorization form inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange size within 5-7 business days.
